After earning a B.S. from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Communications and an M.B.A from Temple University, Fox Business School, Julie started with Arbill Industries. From her start she worked diligently towards the goal of keeping workers safe. In 2005, Julie became CEO and has driven incredible growth for the company.

Under her leadership, Arbill has expanded to a national footprint, created its own safety product line (Truline), added EH&S consulting / training and developed an innovative new safety technology, Vantage Predictive Analytics, that helps identify which employees are at risk for injury .

Named one of the Top 100 Innovative Leaders of 2015 by Real Leaders Magazine, and serving as a board member for both the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Julie is a shining example of doing well and doing good.
